Duryodhana:
- Duryodhana is assumed to have been born in Magha.
- His parents were treating him like a prince.
- Till that time, Dhritarashtra did not have children, he was crying always.
Pandavas:
- Panduraj (the father of Pandavas) had a curse that he shall not have union with his wives.
- Kunti could bear children with the mantra offered by Durvasa Maharshi.
- Madri also got children using the same mantras from the Atharvaveda.

Pitroonam = Pitris (The Ancestors). Can also mean the Runa (debt) of Pitris. Unless children are born to the native, this Runa is not addressed.
